Salesforce Fundamentals training course is recommended for people who need to understand the Salesforce terminology and ecosystem, such as business users, operations managers, IT managers and other leadership, and even professional services salespeople. Consultants and architects who need to understand Salesforce but don’t require certification would also benefit from this class.
Each student will be given a practice learning environment to use during hands-on exercises during the class. The student will be able to use this learning environment indefinitely after the class without any additional fee.
